Limbik was founded in 2004 and has evolved into a partner-led Strategy practice grounded in radical empathy, clarity, and belief.
Since 2021, we’ve worked exclusively as partners — no employees, no hierarchy — just a team that chooses to show up, together, with care, insight, and commitment to the work and each other.

Limbik was originally founded in 2004. Since 2012, our work has been shaped by a deep commitment to listening, clarity, and belief — a commitment that’s evolved, matured, and sharpened through lived experience.
In 2021, we made a conscious decision to walk our own talk. We moved away from a traditional employee model and chose to operate as a partnership.
Every person in our team chooses to be here — not as staff, but as co-owners of the belief, philosophy, and standard we hold ourselves to.
